Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 28, 2026

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Rock-Cha (hereinafter 'the Company') and users in relation to the e-commerce services (hereinafter 'the Service') provided through the online store 'ROCK·CHA' (https://rockcha.co.kr, hereinafter 'the Store').

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows: 1. 'Store' refers to the virtual business premises established by the Company using information and communication facilities to provide filming equipment (cameras, lenses, lighting, tripods, accessories, etc.) and related content to users. 2. 'User' refers to both members and non-members who access the Store and receive services provided by the Store in accordance with these Terms. 3. 'Member' refers to a person who has registered as a member of the Store and can continuously use the services provided by the Store. 4. 'Non-member' refers to a person who uses the services provided by the Store without registering as a member. 5. 'Social Login' refers to the method of registering and logging in using accounts from external platforms such as Kakao, Google, or Naver. 6. 'Content' refers to all information provided by the Company through the Store, including product information and blog posts.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms)

1. These Terms take effect by being posted on the Store screen or by notifying users through other means. 2. The Company may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate relevant laws, including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Transactions, and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection. 3. When the Company amends the Terms, it shall post the effective date and reasons for amendment along with the current Terms on the Store's main page from 7 days before the effective date until the day before the effective date. However, if the amendment is unfavorable to users, a minimum notice period of 30 days shall be provided. 4. Users who do not agree to the amended Terms may withdraw their membership (terminate the service agreement). Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the amended Terms shall be deemed as consent to the changes.

Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Services)

The Company provides the following services: 1. Filming equipment product catalog and product information 2. Filming equipment-related blog content 3. Contact/inquiry service 4. Any other services the Company develops or provides through partnerships with other companies The Company will notify users when service content changes. Services such as product purchase/payment, shopping cart, delivery, and reviews may be added in the future, and the detailed terms of use for such services will be communicated through separate terms or amendments to these Terms.

Article 5 (Suspension of Services)

1. The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of maintenance, replacement, or malfunction of information and communication facilities, or disruption of communications. 2. The Company shall not be liable for damages incurred by users or third parties due to temporary suspension of services for the reasons stated in Paragraph 1, unless the Company is guilty of intentional misconduct or gross negligence. 3. If the Company is unable to provide services due to business conversion, business abandonment, or merger, the Company shall notify users and compensate consumers according to the conditions originally presented by the Company.

Article 6 (Membership Registration)

1. Users apply for membership registration through the social login method (Kakao, Google, Naver) designated by the Store, and membership is established when the Company approves the application. 2. After social login, members complete registration by entering additional information (name, phone number). 3. The Company may refuse to approve or subsequently terminate the service agreement for applications that fall under any of the following: a. Using another person's social account fraudulently b. Registering false, incomplete, or erroneous information c. When registration would cause significant technical difficulties for the Store d. Persons who have previously lost membership eligibility (except those who have obtained reapproval from the Company) 4. The membership agreement is established at the time the Company's approval reaches the member.

Article 7 (Membership Withdrawal and Disqualification)

1. Members may request withdrawal at any time and can withdraw directly through the My Page. 2. Upon membership withdrawal, the member's personal information is immediately deleted (hard delete). However, information required to be retained by applicable laws shall be stored for the period prescribed by such laws. 3. For members registered through Naver social login, the Naver connection is automatically disconnected upon withdrawal. 4. The Company may restrict or suspend membership if a member falls under any of the following: a. Registering false information during the registration process b. Using the Store to engage in activities prohibited by law or these Terms, or contrary to public order and morals c. Interfering with others' use of the Store or misappropriating their information, threatening the order of e-commerce 5. If the same conduct is repeated two or more times or the cause is not rectified within 30 days after the Company restricts or suspends membership, the Company may revoke membership.

Article 8 (User Obligations)

Users shall not engage in the following activities: 1. Registering false information during application or modification 2. Misappropriating another person's information 3. Altering information posted on the Store 4. Transmitting or posting information (such as computer programs) other than information designated by the Store 5. Infringing on intellectual property rights, including copyrights, of the Store or third parties 6. Damaging the reputation of the Store or third parties, or interfering with their business 7. Disclosing or posting obscene or violent messages, images, audio, or other information contrary to public order and morals on the Store 8. Reproducing, distributing, facilitating, or commercially using information obtained through the Store's services without prior consent from the Company 9. Other illegal or improper activities

Article 9 (Company Obligations)

1. The Company shall not engage in activities prohibited by law and these Terms or contrary to public order and morals, and shall do its best to provide services continuously and reliably as prescribed by these Terms. 2. The Company must maintain a security system to protect users' personal information (including credit information) so that users can safely use internet services. 3. The Company shall not send commercial advertising emails that users do not wish to receive. 4. The Company shall process opinions or complaints raised by users in connection with service use when they are deemed legitimate. The processing progress and results of opinions or complaints raised by users shall be communicated through the contact form or other means.

Article 10 (Personal Information Protection)

1. The Company collects the minimum personal information necessary for service provision when collecting users' personal information. 2. When the Company collects and uses users' personal information, it shall notify the users of the purpose and obtain their consent. 3. The Company may not use collected personal information for purposes other than those stated. When new purposes arise or when providing information to third parties, the Company shall notify users of the purpose and obtain their consent at the use/provision stage. 4. Other matters regarding the protection of users' personal information shall follow the Company's separately established Privacy Policy.

Article 11 (Copyright Attribution and Usage Restrictions)

1. Copyright and other intellectual property rights for all works posted on the Store, including product information, images, blog content, designs, and logos, belong to the Company. 2. Users shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use information with intellectual property rights belonging to the Company for commercial purposes, or allow third parties to use it, without prior consent from the Company. 3. Product images posted on the Store may differ from actual products, and unauthorized reproduction and redistribution of images is prohibited.

Article 12 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company shall be exempted from liability for service provision when it is unable to provide services due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, wars, telecommunications provider service interruptions, failures or policy changes in third-party open APIs, or other comparable circumstances. 2. The Company shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by the user's own fault. 3. The Company shall not be liable for the reliability, accuracy, or other content of information, materials, or facts posted by users on the Store. 4. The Company shall not be liable for login failures due to failures or policy changes in social login services (Kakao, Google, Naver). However, the Company shall make reasonable efforts such as providing alternative login methods. 5. The Company shall not be liable for the use of services provided free of charge unless otherwise specified by applicable laws.

Article 13 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)

1. The Company operates a contact service to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and to process compensation for damages. 2. In the event of a consumer damage claim related to e-commerce disputes between the Company and users, the matter may be referred to a dispute resolution body commissioned by the Fair Trade Commission or the governor of the relevant city/province. 3. Lawsuits regarding disputes between the Company and users shall be filed with the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act. 4. Korean law shall apply to e-commerce litigation between the Company and users. [Addendum] These Terms shall take effect from April 28, 2026.
